Welcome

Faith Perspective

For those who long to think more deeply about God, Scripture, and the life of faith.

Some aspects of faith cannot be fully understood through simple explanations. They invite deeper reflection, patient thought, and a willingness to live with tension. Faith Reflections is a space for engaging with these deeper dimensions of the Christian journey.

Here, Scripture is approached not only as a source of answers, but as a place where questions, paradoxes, and spiritual insight can coexist. The life of faith often grows through wrestling with what we do not yet fully grasp, and through learning to trust God beyond the limits of our understanding.

This space is for those who sense that faith is not only something to believe, but also something to contemplate, to wrestle with, and gradually to inhabit.

From Grasping for Blessings to Grasping God Himself

"If I am bereaved, I am bereaved." These are the words of a man who has finally surrendered his last attachment. From a life of calculated grasping to a state of trembling surrender, Jacob’s journey reveals a profound truth: It is only through the breaking of our own strength that we finally encounter the light of God’s unchanging election.

Father, Not My Will, But Yours Be Done

"Sometimes, we actually know God’s heart, yet we are unwilling to submit. Not because of a lack of faith, but because that path is simply—too hard.

It might mean laying down your own plans, or moving forward even when you know clearly there is a price to pay. In the midst of such a struggle, 'Father, not my will, but Yours be done' is no longer easy to say."
